Purchased myself, non-sponsored review below

I've had this for about a week now and I was hoping it would be a decent makeup remover since I genuinely like other The Ordinary products. But I have to say, this cleanser/makeup remover just doesn't work for me the way I wanted it to. I followed the directions and tried to warm it up with my hands to get that oil consistency they said, but it never really got there, it was just a thick lotion. When applied to the skin, it didn't feel like it was breaking down any makeup and just kinda felt like it sat on top of my skin? I washed it off and patted dry but it felt like there was a film leftover on my skin, and on top of that, it made my cheeks red and warm and I DON'T have sensitive skin at all, so that was a real let down. I've been using it all week and I find I have to go in with a second different cleanser (Beauty of Joseon Green Plum Refreshing Cleanser - seriously recommend this one!) to get a clean feeling and to get that film-y feeling off. I'll use up the bottle to not be wasteful but I will definitely not be repurchasing. I'm glad it works for other people since it's a big product for a fair price, but sadly does not meet my expectations in a cleanser.

Excellent first cleanser

I love this stuff. I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve repurchased. I use it as step 1 in my dual cleansing nighttime routine to remove makeup and sunscreen then follow it up with a foaming cleanser. I think it does exactly what it says it does. The price is good and it lasts me a long time. I appreciate that it does not have fragrance and is not stripping my skin.
