Tubing?

I have had this product for a few weeks, and the "mascara look" is great, but I'm not understanding why it's called tubing mascara. When I wash it off, it comes off like normal mascara, not tubing mascara.

NOT for sensitive eyes

Upon application I felt a burning sensation in both eyes. Off gassing fumes? Possibly small flakes? Avoid at all costs if you have any level of sensitivity. Also it was immediately clumpy and looked ridiculous. Not lengthening, not tubing? Going in the trash.
