A Pore-Blurring Classic That Lives Up to the Hype
Benefit’s POREfessional Primer is one of those cult-favorite beauty products that earns its reputation and for good reason. Designed to minimize the appearance of pores and fine lines, this lightweight, silky balm glides on effortlessly and gives your skin a smooth, almost airbrushed finish. What I love most is how it instantly blurs pores without feeling heavy or greasy. It’s oil-free and has a slight tint, which blends seamlessly into most skin tones. Whether worn alone or under makeup, it creates a soft-focus effect that helps foundation stay put for hours, even in warm weather. The texture is velvety ,not overly silicone-y like some primers and it works well on both dry and oily areas. I also appreciate that it doesn’t clog pores or trigger breakouts, which is always a risk with pore-filling products. Pros: ✔️ Instantly blurs pores and fine lines ✔️ Lightweight, non-greasy formula ✔️ Extends makeup wear ✔️ Works well for most skin types Cons: ❌ Pricey for the amount you get ❌ May not be hydrating enough for very dry skin Verdict: If you struggle with visible pores or want your foundation to go on smoother and last longer, Benefit’s POREfessional is a solid investment. A little goes a long way, and it genuinely delivers on its promise. It’s a makeup bag essential especially for big events, photoshoots, or long days when you need your skin to behave.

I love the way this primer makes your makeup look but you can feel the primer on your face. They just came out with a light weight version & Im going to try it. This primer is good as far as creating a flawless, poreless finish.. but IT FEELS CAKEY.
