So smooth & silky

I LOVE this cream! It feels super silky, especially when I apply it after my serums. I have dry skin, but this pampers my skin & makes it feel smooth & refreshed. After I apply this, my skin feels spa-like.

Burned skin and left red marks for days

I was so excited to try this cream, since I am a huge fan of other Kiehl's products, but I had a horrifying experience. The moment I put this cream on, it started harshly burning. I left the product on for about 5 minutes before the pain was so intense that I had to wash it off. After washing with soap and lukewarm water for a few minutes, the pain and burning was still atrocious. I ended up having to take a 30 minute shower, with hot water on my eyes and face the entire time for it to finally stop hurting. After the shower I covered the area with Aquaphor to calm the skin down, but there were burn marks from where the product was placed...these marks were present the entire next day (photo attached is from next morning). I will 100% be returning this product, as the pain and burning it caused was quite scary.
