this held up during some light unexpected crying when i needed my makeup to stay intact. thank god i happened to be wearing waterproof that day!!

Dont fix what's not broken

I've been using Sephora eyeliner for YEARS. They recently changed their formula. It's easy to apply, however, it smudges soooo much easier than the older formula. I'll be switching my eyeliner going forward.
