No more raccoon eyes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent this product in exchange for an honest review. I’m honestly obsessed with this eyeliner, it truly is waterproof coming from a girl who has consistently watery eyes. I always find that I look like a raccoon at the end of the day when applying eyeliner but with this product, I do not feel like that by the end of the day, which is amazing! Although it’s waterproof, I do find that it is easily removable with a makeup wipe or my cellar water. I’ve even tried it with a cleansing balm and it works great!
