My go to eyeliner.. I used to only use NYX from the drug store but felt it always leaked and would start transferring under my eye. This one dries quickly and lasts all day HOWEVER.. the color is less vibrant so you must let it dry down then go over it a second time and also the pencil itself dries out too quickly I would say. I need to refil more often then I used to with other liquid liners.

Do not buy

Absolutely terrible. I wear it with extra primer underneath and still the second my eye waters for any reason it’s smudged.
