Doesn't last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this free from influenster/Urban Decay to give an honest review. This glided on pretty easily after it warmed up. It does look really pretty on. It shows up actually black, unlike some that look more gray. Unfortunately, it does not last with my eyes, at least. My eyes water sometimes, but it claims to be for the waterline and waterproof, so it should last even with watery eyes. The first picture was taken at 12:14 pm and the bottom was taken at 9:53 pm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this eye liner! it goes on so smooth, and its easy to apply and doesn't bleed. A lot of eye pencils leave my eyes feeling dry but with this i dont have that issue.
