Waterproof and Effortless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am always on the hunt for waterproof makeup products so when I received this in the mail I got super ecstatic! Urban decay eye products never fail to disappoint and this waterline eyeliner has now become my go-to. It glides on without issues and does not smudge when applied. It also is long-lasting with minimal touch ups needed. I really love it!
