No pigment

I wanted to love this product, but unfortunately, I had to return it. Number one. The silver shade was already fallen out when I received the item and it had no pigment. The pallet had no pigment much you tried to put it

I was hoping this would be a smaller version of the 12 flash colour palette.And while the colour story is the same. The performance/payoff was not. I found the colour to be way too sheer for sfx applications, which is why I bought this. (For Halloween looks etc.)
