Before I use them, someone broke my car window near Harrods, London, and stole my gym bag that had my makeup bag including all my skin care. So never experienced the quality of the product.

This is such a beautiful product

I love the idea I can look after my skin and the environment at the same time, was worried the refill might not fit properly but it looks and feels like the first one I had bought. Love it.
