Bright Eyes in a Jar!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This eye cream is amazing for the price. The 3% caffeine blend is super refreshing and definitely helps me look less tired on early mornings. It's lightweight, incredibly hydrating, and the vitamin C leaves my under-eye area looking noticeably brighter and smoother.
