It won’t open

I’ve been battling this cap for days and it won’t open. I tried hot water, having other family members attempt to open but it won’t even budge.

Expires too soon

Does it work well? Yes. I prefer using a wand applicator though it’s faster and easier. The problem with this product is if it gets too hot (weather) it will liquify and never return to normal consistency. Also it doesn’t last a year. After around a year it will also liquify and expire. If you aren’t using it every day it’s not worth the money.
