Normally I love this product but there seems to be some sort of defect this time - the pencil just falls out of the applicator every time I open it. I can barely use the pencil and definitely can't use the brush because the pencil falls right out when I turn it around. Disappointing because usually ABH products have been super consistent for me :/ would definitely recommend if it weren't defective though

I love it cause it’s tip point and precise . I keep buying it and the brush one the other tip is good too
