Hard NO

It’s a NO for me! It actually worked well at first but after about two weeks my under eye started to burn and swell off and on. This skin texture changed as well, basically looked like an allergic reaction. It seems like it’s two concentrated and needs some balance. Unfortunately this will only make your under eye issue worse.
