Horrible packaging - product is meh.

Did anyone test the packaging on this before they mass produced it? Absolutely impossible to get open without breaking your nails and shoving your fingers into the product. Product crumbles, lots of fallout.

Can’t get open!

I really liked this color in the store but couldn’t get the container open. By the time I gave up the color pan had broken into pieces so if I do get open it’s going to be a mess. Very disappointed. Waste of money at this point.
