Very hydrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this under eye cream because it’s heavy as in moisturizing but not too heavy where it feels greasy or cannot be under makeup. I typically only use at night and use a different product during the day that works as a primer and moisturizer but I like to try a lot of different products and change as my akin changes.
