Never dries down, never absorbs
Used this for a couple of months, and wanted to love it, but it just never absorbs. It sits on my face all night, sticky, and when I wake up, my face is still sticky. Tried it under makeup with foundation and powder and setting spray - still sticky! On the plus side, it didn’t break me out or cause congestion which is why I finished the bottle. It IS hydrating. I just can’t stand the way it feels.
