Performs well on its own

I’m not a huge fan of pencil liners, but I bought this for quick application for online meetings. It does the job. I haven’t tried it with eyeshadow, but it performs and applies well on its own.

Not safe!

I would give this Zero stars if I could! This product gave me an eye infection! I am not sure which ingredients were the culprit but STEER CLEAR! I am not the first one to notice this. Considering they test on animals you would think this was safe!
