Bottle not filled to the top… In this economy?

Do the products usually not have the plastic lid under the cap? My product didn’t spill at all, however the shampoo and conditioner had to be squeezed a lot to get the product out. Not because the product is hard to get out, but because there was not a lot in the bottle. If that makes sense. It just didn’t seem filled all the way. That’s why I removed two starts. The remaining three stars are because it’s a safe product to use for keratin treated hair.

Makes hair look greasy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both the shampoo & conditioner make my hair look like I havent washed it. This product does not work well for my thin hair
