Perfectly matches my skin tone

Just ok
I am really torn on this product. I love the blurring it gives, but it is super glowy and the color payoff is minimal. I really wanted to love it, but I just can’t figure out how to make it work in my routine. There’s not enough coverage for it to be a foundation, but, on me, it’s too glowy to be a primer.
