Reminds me of Fragonard Juste un Baiser
I don't smell Matcha. But I like this scent because it reminds me of the Fragonard perfume Juste un Baiser that I bought in Paris many years ago before they altered the scent. But I definitely recommend based on how good it smells not thinking too much of the notes. It does smell bright and comforting. I've stopped trying to truly link notes to scent/ description nowadays due to the often mismatch for me. Just an open mind. I recommend that perspective too.
