Not moisturizing and works against primer.
Got this in hopes of having a more hydrating foundation for my 52yr old skin. I used my regular hydrating morning routine and then used Milk hydrating primer. It’s dry! Fell into my pores and my once moisturized skin was now dry. patchy patchy
