Nope
Absolutely no plumping. You have to click the bottom. Which gets stuck, and then you have to take the top tip off and stick a q-tip in to get the gloss

Pretty good lip plumper
It does not sting . It’s not sticky and I see a difference after I apply it . As for longterm plump, I’m not sure. I’m just not a big fan of the click to dispense packaging . If this lasts 2 months w use 2x p day I will be happy.
