[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly these thirst burst drops are truly a burst of hydration. It goes on smoothly and provides a lasting glow even under my makeup. It makes me look so dewy without coming across as greasy. It is a gel like consistency but still very light. A little goes a long way!
