Disappointed: Another one bites the dust.

I will have to unfortunately return my two large bottles Of Hydra Zen that I just purchased. Lancôme has reformulated its composition. It’s smells like my grandma‘s cold cream. The scent of the cream is not a pleasant rose sent like before. The cream is nowhere near as hydrating for my skin. I had some of my old hydra zen left over to compare. I put the old formula on 1/2 my face and new formula on the other. The difference is night and day! The old formula was a nice sent that absorbed into my skin. Instantly leaving my skin nicely moisturized. My skin immediately felt soft. The new formula cream felt heavy. My skin didn’t feel as moisturized, and nowhere near as soft as the other side of my face. After 5 min my skin felt dry. Luckily enough for me I had enough of the old formula to put on that side of my face to make it moisturized. Please return Hydro Zen to its original formula. Cutting corners will turn away loyal customers such as myself.
