Love this milky toner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you never tried this milky toner , then you need to. This milky texture feels so good on the skin, absorbs instantly leaving yhe skin hydrated and glowing. Doesn’t leave the skin sticky. And the test of the skincare products sit so pretty on top.
