WHAT HAPPENED?!

I was so excited when you finally restocked. Now Im disappointed because you changed the formula. Now I'm back at square one, searching for the one.

Please explain why the formula changed

I am so disappointed and wish I had listened to the other 39 1 star reviews! The cream I just received is not the previous formula for Ice Ceramide. It smells like ‘almonds’ going on (sickly sweet) then settles into a vaguely metallic scent. The consistency is like a congealed pudding. In no way does the cream reflect the rich scent and thick creamy texture of the old formula, which resembled an ‘old school’ cold cream: soft clean scent, cool dense texture. I won’t be ordering this version again and will be writing to customer service about returning it.
