It really stays on all day

I love Sephora waterproof eyeliners. No other eyeliner stays on quite like them.

Not nearly as good as previous versions of eyeliner. Mine started to clot after 2 weeks like it used to using it for 2 months. Price goes up and quality goes down. I liked the previous packaging. much better much better.
