Works but concerned about blemishes after use.

It does allow make up to go on more smoothly. However, I am concerned about my skin’s reaction….blemishes. I am frustrated that Lancôme doesn’t divulge more information about whether their products are oil free. I do not have acne but my skin doesn’t like anything that clogs pores.
