sort of deceiving

i kept seeing great review of how hydrating and nice these lip balms are so i decided to try one out and it would work well for a couple of hours until my lips would start peeling really bad. im not sure if others expirtenxr this but i did and so did some of my other friends who tried this product as well. for reference i have medium sized lips.
