They RUINED it with the new formula.
Why would they ruin an amazing product by changing the ingredients!? This was the ONLY balm that worked on my lips - truly moisturized. Now they updated the formula and it is just as bad as almost every other lip balm but pricier. I’m assuming to save a few pennies. Ugh. What a bummer.
