[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Master Pigment Pro Eyeliner Pencil to try out and review from Makeup By Mario in exchange for my honest opinion. The eyeliner pencil shade that I tried out is called midnight blue, which is a metallic midtone blue shade, and is really pretty! I love how easily this pencil goes on, and how pigmented the color is!
