[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is truly a gloss-balm. It is silky, not sticky and nicely tinted. My daughters and I all tried the same shade-WONDER, it looked different on each of us with our lip and skin undertones. It is a nice neutral color and I think it would compliment virtually anyone. The staying power isn't super long for the glossy/balm aspect but the color sort of stays a bit but definitely not for hours.
