Very painful

My underarm became irritated and uncomfortable after two days of use, which was surprising given that the product is marketed as clean and suitable for sensitive skin. I have not had this reaction to other deodorants. The rash is under both arm pits, and it is where I applied the deodorant (see photo / I apply it a bit further out than just pit area). I have since showered and am using a OTC steroid cream and they are still burning and uncomfortable to wear a shirt. When I googled it, I saw other people had issues with rashes as well.
