Bad packaging

Lipstick came broken, it was already broken off. I was able to put it on with my fingers and the formula felt creamy but sadly I was unable to use it.

This is my favorite lip gloss it makes my lips feel so hydrated it goes on so smoothly and my lips look nice and glossy afterwards this is now my forever lip balm
