Affordable copper serum

Although I am not 100% convinced on copper peptides, this is a good one, quite hydrating and with a good price tag. I preffer this formula to NIOD CAIS, but overall I preffer NIOD CAIL. Recommendations say you should not use them with retinoids, but I enjoyed them with a low percentage of treat ot acted like a barrier.

menstrual breakout from this

female with combination skin in her 30s here… tried this for 1 month and broke out during menstruation. haven’t broken out that bad in years. the zits were so painful I woke up in the middle of the night. made me re-think anti aging products altogether.
