Devastated with New Formula

I have used this product for about 15 years and loved it. Loved it so much that I have recommended it to countless people over the years. I just purchased a new one and it is the "new and improved" version but it is awful. The tip is stiffer, the product flow is not even, it pills up and doesn't layer well, overall disappointing. I don't know why KVD Beauty would ever tou such a perfect product but this is a tragedy, please go back to the previous formula and packaging. I am begging.

THE BEST EYELINER

10/10 would recommend this product. It's the best eyeliner I've ever tried. The brown is a beautiful color, and the durability is AMAZING. I've quite sensitive eyes and I've had no problems wearing it all day.
