Blurring primer with skincare benefits

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This primer feels more like a cream on my skin. It looks white and waxy when it first comes out of the tube, but it isn’t heavy or stifling on my skin. It isn’t as sticky and grippy as other Milk primers, but it really does blur my pores and give my skin a smooth, plump finish that honestly looks pretty good alone as well as under makeup. It has a kind of lemony astringent scent, but it isn’t too noticeable once the primer dries down.
