New Staple In My Routine!

This product is exactly what I was missing in my routine for brighter, refreshed, more “awake” looking under eye. I recommend using over prime but under skin tint/concealer. Apply across under eye lid and blend with fingertip and let fully dry before other makeup application. Enjoy!
