My favorite eyeliner in the world for an unbeatable price.
Bought two of these. Precision Liquid Eyeliner is my favorite out of ELF's eyeliners because it stays all day and can make very thin, tapered lines!

My staple eyeliner for a decade
I’ve been using this eyeliner for a decade. I don’t find it in stores as often anymore which is a shame because it is by far ELF’s best eyeliner. Honestly it works better than a lot of top shelf products I’ve tried.
