Immediately effective! I've only been using this for a few days and I already feel a difference. My skin is smoother and less bumpy. It is a very high percentage of acid so I do feel a tingle when I put it on.

Smell is off putting

I like the lotion but hate the smell. It smells like baby powder but not in a good way.
