Rice Water Bars

Love the Rice Water shampoo and conditioner bars! My husband also loves them.

Quality not consistent

I've been using the rice and protein shampoo conditioner for almost 2 years and recently the conditioner bars are just not up to par. The last bar I bought was soft and got mushy and broke apart right away. A friend of mine that started using the product has had the same thing happen. Even though I love that way it has improved my hair I may have to look for something else if this happens again. I've reached out on messenger to Kitsch and have heard nothing back. Has anyone else experienced this? Normally this would be a 5 star product to me.
