Very fragile

I love using the rose Quartz Gua Sha but it is very fragile.I purchased two times and unfortunately it broke easily.I asked for replacement but they said after 30 days it is not possible.

It's a little thick, which makes it a little difficult to massage into your face, but I really liked it. Although I feel it's very expensive.
