Highly Pigmented!

I can’t fault this gorgeous blush highlighter. Unfortunately with my very fair skin tone. The colours undertones was not flattering on me. It’s a very cool colour. It’s formula! Is excellent! Would look lovely on a darker skin tone! High end formula.
