Meh

The color match is great for me, and I sort of like the texture of this product. But man is it thick/cakey. The person in store that demo'd it with me advised me to let it sit on my face a while so my body heat would make it easier to distribute. Still, it settles into the creases under my eyes every time and will separate. A better setting spray maybe would've helped? I had the misfortune of getting a giant black eye from my dog, though, and used this to hide some of the damage. It provided great coverage, but the coverage didn't last. I find it way too thick to want to use it as a foundation, even with my moisturize underneath and a wet blender. I think it's best used for spots, but only on even skin, or only with a setting spray that means business. Or maybe it's just not that great.

I want to like this

I really want to like this product because the shade matching is perfect. I’m super pale and it’s hard to find things that don’t make me look like I’m a ghost. Their shade range is great and I love that. The coverage is great too. But it is so dry! What am I doing wrong? I don’t even have dry skin but this dries me out so badly and looks flakey and cakey. Do I need more primer? More moisturizer? I hope I figure it out because the shade is so good.
