New formula?

It feels like the formula has changed- I am a long time fan and customer and have worn this foundation for years and years. A few months ago I tried a lighter shade and it wasnt going on the same way, and was oily and peely at the same time? I tried many times to make it work then bought a brand new bottle in my usual shade- same issue. Sad bc it was def my fave foundation.

Not too heavy or too light, lasts all day. Love it!
