[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this mascara primer. Enhances my eyelashes when using this plus the Tartlette tubing mascara. My favorite combo. Doesn’t clump. It does dry quickly so you have to work fast but it works a little better if you wait a few seconds and then apply mascara on top, at least for me.
