A return

I went off the reviews and really wanted to like this. It gave me allergic reaction and it's so so clumpy after you add your own mascara. Will be returning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I really enjoy about this tubing primer is that it makes my other mascara work better. I used this with a mascara that doesn’t give the most volume or length and this helped it do both better. I also used it with the Maneater mascara and it was awesome! Great job TARTE!
