Dried out and all broken

Not sure if I got old stock or something but I ordered three different colours of these. The product fell out as soon as I removed the lids of all of them and are so dry I can’t even mark the back of my hand Terrible. Returning

Love this eyeliner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not big on liquid eyeliner but I have used this for many costumes and it works amazingly! It does not bleed or run or smudge. Excellent quality! Long lasting. Highly recommend.
