Specially formulated for maximum fullness without any tingle or irritation, the plumping balm works over time to visibly increase lip volume. So now your lips not only look plumper but, ARE plumper. No filter, no filler, just fuller.Formulated with 6% Tripeptide Complex, to visibly increase lip volume over time for plumper-looking, more defined lips, together with 6% Ultra Filling Spheres which deliver Hyaluronic Acid to the lip to plump, retain moisture and help to fill fine lines, Tripeptide Lip Balm enhances fullness, defines lip contours, and reduces the appearance of fine lines and creasing around the mouth. With continued use, the proof really is in the plump. For best results we recommend using at least 3-times per day.
Unlike some traditional cosmetic lip plumpers, this multi-tasking lip plumper works to maintain the skin barrier and retain moisture to improve and protect overall lip health whilst visibly enhancing lip volume. The clear lip plumping balm leaves a natural sheen on the lips which can be worn alone or over lip colour for a glossy finish.
Delivered by science, not irritation, the future of fuller lips has arrived.

Like bag balm or lano lips but vegan
The ingredients list is full of natural oils, claims to be vegan & doesn’t have any scent or flavor. I recycled the outer box. I bought this because I recently purchased an INKEY zipper bag with a skincare starter set & wanted this to go along with. I prefer a flavored floss & am happy with my lip shape so I may use it to spot treat some older blemishes I am working in reducing scarring like sun spots, & as a bare nail cuticle balm. I would repurchase a tinted version if it had flavor & not the graphic black & white newspaper packaging. Overall I think it was worth my spend because I got it during the national lipstick day & it doesn’t have any mint. I live in a sunny hot humid climate so I use an SPF balm in daytime & there is no way I will use this three times a day, but at night while sleeping to repair yes. I found the video presentation to be overly dramatic, animated, I watched was after I tried the balm. I have heard of INKEY List many years ago when they first came out to USA & this is my first introduction to the brand. I can’t wait for the plumping trend to dwindle out of fast fashion. It’s just giving people more insecurities to dwell on. Your natural shape is millennia of beautiful ancestral evolution & self acceptance will always be the gold standard. I would like to see this balm improved in a 2.0 second generation with fruity flavor tint options. Clear is gender neutral. I will try pairing it with some liquid matte lipsticks that I dislike to change them to a cream. Read the ingredients list, it’s actually promising. It has things I can pronounce. I just also want to remind the brand creators that some of us are age 49 mature we don’t need the hype or juvanile melodrama, or exaggerated hard selling graphic arts, it’s overstimulating & upstaging. We just want something elegant, pleasurable, kind & sustainable. I could mix in some BBW lip gloss to give it more aroma, like liplicious fruit punch. I might decant it to a jar & stir. Try it - it’s fine.

I randomly bought this and was pleasantly surprised on how well it worked on me!! It’s very plumping and gave me the same effect as a lip plumper without the burning sensation. I use this while prepping my face and then add lip liner + regular lipgloss , would recommend:)
