very bad packaging

The cup comes off and it messed up my whole make up bag. I am so so disappointed by this. I am left with no ultralip, the disheveled make up bag and dirty stains make up from the ultralip. I require a refund, asap.

Cap will not stay on. Coverage is minimal. For much less, I could get a basic Cover Girl gloss with a cap that stays on and more color options.
